"The service was phenomenal! Brought three clocks in; two fixed right away (because I didn't know what I was doing, duh). Fred was very patient and his assistant was super helpful. I drove from Oregon City because when I called the owner of 3 clock shops in OC, he barked at me that he did NOT work with battery clocks! So, I drove to Salem and boy am I glad I did. Can hardly wait to go back there and pick up the 3rd clock; decided I needed to shop at all the cute shops in the town - awesome place, and just a hop skip and a jump to the Oregon Coast - Win Win situation."
