"I went to Salem Clock Shop to see if I could find a grandfather clock as I have wanted one since I was young. The owners couldn't have been more honest or helpful. They showed me not only clocks but differences in mechanisms, wood and quality. They arranged a delivery date and drove in rush hour traffic 50 miles to delver and set-up. I offered the owner refreshments for his hard work but he was too mannerly to take even that. The clock is perfect, beautiful and has a stunning chime. My neighbour says, it's like being in a cathedral. I will do business here again and recommend them without hindrance. Thank you!"
