These are automatically calculated according to the schedule below and added to your order. All deliveries must be made to a physical address (no PO Boxes) within the US. If the ship to address is different from the cardholder's billing address, we will need both addresses. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible but unavoidable delays and shortages may be experienced. However we do keep our customers notified by email updates.
